Online shopping at Kitty Collars is safe because payments are processed by Sage Pay.
Sage Pay has achieved the highest level of compliance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). They adhere to the most stringent levels of fraud screening, ensuring that your card details remain secure throughout the transaction process.
Payment will be debited at the time of order and you will be emailed a receipt. Please check it immediately to ensure that all details are correct and complete, and reply back to it if there are any errors. We regret that we cannot accept responsibility for orders which are lost due to incorrect or incomplete address details supplied.

Phone / Mail Order

Alternatively, we would be happy to take your order by phone or mail order. Please call 01983-200201. Our order line is open Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm GMT, excluding public holidays.

United Kingdom (including Channel Islands and BFPO Addresses)

We are open and shipping orders during the holidays (excluding Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day). Please allow one week for delivery. If your order is urgent, please call us.

UK delivery is a flat fee to cover the cost of packaging and postage:
- collars only: £1.00 per order
- if order includes any non-collar items (such as cat treats): £2.50 per order

For UK deliveries, we use Royal Mail First Class, Recorded, or Special Delivery, depending on the size of the order.

Because we use the Royal Mail, we ask that you format your address as shown in the Royal Mail's Address Finder. Please feel free to add any relevant information (such as the name of your village), but please don't omit anything.

We regret that we cannot accept responsibility for orders which are lost due to incorrect or incomplete address details supplied.

If an order is returned to us because of non-delivery, we will need to charge a redelivery fee of the same amount to cover our costs.

Europe (selected countries only)

We ship to the following European countries only: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland (Irish Republic), Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland.

To ensure a reliable delivery, we use either Royal Mail Airsure or International Signed For, depending on the country. A signature will be required on delivery. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery.

To cover our costs, our international delivery charges are:
1-5 collars:  £7.00
6-10 collars:  £8.00

Please ensure that your address is formatted correctly for your country. For example, put your postcode on the same line as your city, in addition to putting it in the postcode field.

For European delivery, the billing address and the delivery address must be the same.
