Online shopping at Kitty Collars is safe! We DO NOT store your card details on our system. For maximum security, payments are processed by Sage Pay. Sage Pay has achieved the highest level of compliance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). They adhere to the most stringent levels of fraud screening, ensuring that your card details remain secure throughout the transaction process.
Your payment will be debited at the time of order and you will be emailed a receipt. Please check it immediately to ensure that all details are correct and complete, and reply back to it if there are any errors. We regret that we cannot accept responsibility for orders which are lost due to incorrect or incomplete address details supplied.

Phone / Mail Order

Alternatively, we would be happy to take your order by phone or mail order. Please call 01983-200201. Our order line is open Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm GMT, excluding public holidays.

United Kingdom (including Channel Islands and BFPO Addresses)

UK delivery is a flat fee of only £1.00 per order to cover the cost of packaging and postage. Why not order a spare?

We aim to post orders within 1-3 business days. For UK deliveries, we use Royal Mail First Class, Recorded, or Special Delivery, depending on the size of the order.

Delivery times are not guaranteed unless you request Special Delivery. For Special Delivery, please call us on 01983 200201.

Please enter the billing address for your card in the 'Purchase Details' section. We can only process your order if you give us the correct billing address. If you would like us to deliver to a different address, please enter that in the 'Delivery Address' section. Work addresses must include the name of the company/organisation.

Because we use the Royal Mail, we ask that you enter your address as shown in the Royal Mail's Address Finder. Please feel free to add any relevant information (such as the name of your village), but please don't omit anything.

We regret that we cannot accept responsibility for orders which are lost due to incorrect or incomplete address details supplied.

If an order is returned to us because of non-delivery, we will need to charge a redelivery fee of £2.00 to cover our costs.

Europe (selected countries only)

We ship to the following European countries only: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland (Irish Republic), Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland.

To ensure a reliable delivery, we use either Royal Mail Airsure or International Signed For, depending on the country. A signature will be required on delivery. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery.

To cover our costs, our international delivery charges are:
1-5 collars:  £8.00
6-10 collars:  £9.00

Please enter the billing address for your card in the 'Purchase Details' section. We can only process your order if you give us the correct billing address. For European delivery, the billing address and the delivery address must be the same.

Please ensure that your address is formatted correctly for your country. For example, put your postcode before your town name, and don't include your county unless it is part of your address.

Customers in Ireland: If you don't have a postcode, please enter "0" in the postcode field.

The customer is responsible for any import charges including tax and duty. We are required by law to include accurate customs forms with all international packages. We are unable to declare orders as ‘gifts’ or report incorrect values.
