Online Orders

You can pay online by credit or debit card through our secure online server. Transactions are processed by Protx, who use bank-approved software and the highest level of encryption to ensure that your credit card details are kept secure at all times. The Protx certificate may be viewed by clicking on the padlock at the bottom of the payment pages.

When your payment is processed, you will be emailed a receipt. Please check it immediately to ensure that all details are correct and complete, and reply back to it if there are any errors. We regret that we cannot accept responsibility for orders which are lost due to incorrect or incomplete address details supplied.

Telephone Orders

If you would prefer to order by telephone, please call 01252 810200. Our order line is open Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm GMT, excluding public holidays.
United Kingdom (including Channel Islands and BFPO Addresses):

Most orders ship within two business days, but due to frequent Royal Mail delays, please allow up to one week for delivery. If you need your order quickly, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

UK delivery is a flat fee of only £1.00 to cover the cost of packaging and postage, so the more collars you order, the more you save! We also offer Special Delivery (next day) for a fee of £5.00 (telephone orders only).

For UK deliveries, we use Royal Mail First Class, Recorded, or Special Delivery, depending on the size of the order.

If an order is returned to us because of non-delivery, we will need to charge a redelivery fee of £1.00 to cover our costs.

Europe:

To ensure a reliable delivery to Europe, we use either Royal Mail Airsure or International Signed For, depending on the country. A signature will be required on delivery. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery.

To cover our costs, our international delivery charges are:
1-5 collars:  £6.00
6-10 collars:  £7.00

If an order is returned to us because of non-delivery, we will need to charge a redelivery fee of the same amount to cover our costs.
