Please read this sizing information carefully.

We use the same adjustable collar for all 3 sizes, but print in a different position depending on your cat's approximate neck size. However, cats don't come in 3 standard sizes, so when you adjust the collar to fit your cat, the adjustment slider may land on part of the text. This doesn't bother most people and in our experience anyone who finds your cat will make an effort to read the text.

Alternatively, we can do customised sizing if you reply back to your receipt the same day, giving us an exact snug neck measurement. To measure your cat's neck, please use a piece of string and then measure that. Do a snug fit. Don't add anything for comfort - we'll do that on this end.

Our collars are adjustable from 20 to 30 cm and tend to fit from about 6 months, but it depends on the size and breed. For your cat's safety and comfort, you must wait until the collar fits properly. The guideline is that you should be able to fit only
2 fingers (flat) between the collar and the neck. If you are unsure what size to select, please contact us.
Maximum:
22 characters (including spaces) on Kitten size and fuchsia, periwinkle, olive green, pumpkin and red collars in any size
30 characters (including spaces) on Small-Medium and Medium-Large in soft pink, neon pink, golden yellow and blue only

Please include your entire phone number including dialling code, with a space in between for readability.

The number of characters, along with the size specified in the previous step, will determine the size of text and the position on the collar. The examples at the top of the page are size Small-Medium Adult.

Never attach a lead or tie-out to a cat collar! You will lose your cat! A cat lead must be used with a cat harness.
